The problem
Trucks carry heavy loads to building sites that only accept deliveries at set times. Drivers arrived early, waited, and came back late.
What changed
Each drop now carries its gate hours and weight. Kerbel keeps every truck under its limit and in each site’s window.
Trucks are back 90 minutes earlier on average and drive 35% fewer miles.
Site gates open at seven and close at four. Kerbel knows that, so my drivers stopped waiting outside locked fences.
